WHAT IS SOY MILK POWDER?

The manufacturing of soy milk powder have two probiotics strains, they are Bifidobacterium animalis A and B; this is when  soy milk powder products are mixed with skim milk powder; because isoflavones are better activated when soy milk products are combined with supplement skim milk. Moreover, glycosides changing to aglycones are enhanced, and the use of lactose is profitable in nutrition used by B.animalis A and B present in our tummy.

This means the combination of chemicals of soy bean are used to the maximum with our body using the nutrients present in soy milk powder.

Pure soymilk powder without any skim milk supplement has a beanie flavor. Consumers, who just need a pure soy milk powder, must check the ingredients and dietary literature at the back of the soy milk product.

Food scientists found out how soy milk powder is more effective if it is supplemented with skim milk. This type of product might not be good for high lactose tolerant consumers, but those consumers who can tolerate a minimum of lactose can benefit from soy milk powder with skim milk supplement. The soybean (U.S.) or soya bean (UK) (Glycine max) is a species of legume native to East Asia. It is an annual plant that has been used in China for 5,000 years as a food and a component of drugs. Soy contains significant amounts of all the essential amino acids for humans, and so is a good source of protein. Soybeans are the primary ingredient in many processed foods, including dairy product substitutes.

Nutrition and Function

Soybeans are considered by many agencies, including the US Food and Drug Administration, to be a source of complete protein. A complete protein is one that contains significant amounts of all the essential amino acids that must be provided to the human body because of the body’s inability to synthesize them. Soy Milk Review (Original Flavor): Four Major Brands Side by Side Comparison

Soy milk sold in the U.S. market usually comes in three flavors: original (plain), vanilla and chocolate. Most soy milk brands offer these three basic flavors. Comparing a Silk Soymilk original flavor product with a Organic Valley chocolate flavor product is sort of like compare oranges with apples, it is just unfair, and does not make a lot of sense.
